Our LUX1064 Yag laser is a fast, effective treatment for spider veins too small for sclerotherapy.  the laser shoots a concentrated beam of light that passes through the skin and is absorbed by the blood in the vein.  This laser energy is absorbed and causes the vein to collapse.  Over a 3-4 week period, the vein is reabsorbed by the body and disappears.

During your laser vein treatment you may feel a slight tingling sensation as the laser fires.  The skin above the vein may appear reddish with tiny scratches.  Laser treatments last 20-30 minutes.  Typically, two or more sessions are recommended to achieve the appearance you desire.
